No refunds are given. You may reach out to me through the chat and if there is a problem with the delivery of your order or you do not receive your order and I will do my best to make it right,

No we do not include the calories and macros in the brownies. Each brownie can be estimated however to be between 800-1,000 calories.

We ship our brownies in 2 and 4 packs.

We had to increase our shipping to cover some of the 2 day flat rate costs that we pay for shipping. Our shipping had previously been to discounted and as we try to grow our company and breakdown the costs of shipping our 2 and 4 packs in order to grow as a business we had to raise our shipping slightly.

My preference is 30 seconds in the microwave depending on the heat of your microwave or you can place in the oven at 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes!

We recommend if you keep the brownies on the counter to keep them in the package for up to a week then either freeze them or place in the fridge. In the fridge they should be stored for up to two weeks and in the freezer for up to 4 months.

We CANNOT Control USPS shipments! We do our best to get the brownies shipped within 7-10 days of the order being placed but once they are shipped we will send the tracking information to your email and we CANNOT control when USPS will deliver your product. Please be aware of that when buying our product.

If we ship your product within the 7-10 days after your order is placed and you receive the brownies Bucholtz Brownies IS NOT INCLINED to give you a refund. Please be aware of this when buying the brownies.
