When will I receive my brownies?

ALL OUR BROWNIES ARE BAKED FRESH! You will receive your tracking information for your brownies within 7-10 days after your order. Feel free to reach out to bucholtzkeith@yahoo.com if you have any questions!

Can I get a refund?

No refunds are given. You may reach out to me through the chat and if there is a problem with the delivery of your order or you do not receive your order and I will do my best to make it right,

Do you include the calories and macros in the brownies?

Accepted Answer

No we do not include the calories and macros in the brownies. Each brownie can be estimated however to be between 800-1,000 calories.

How many brownies come in a package?

We ship our brownies in 2 and 4 packs.

Why did your shipping increase?

Accepted Answer

We had to increase our shipping to cover some of the 2 day flat rate costs that we pay for shipping. Our shipping had previously been to discounted and as we try to grow our company and breakdown the costs of shipping our 2 and 4 packs in order to grow as a business we had to raise our shipping slightly.

How long to heat up the brownie?

My preference is 30 seconds in the microwave depending on the heat of your microwave or you can place in the oven at 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes!

How to store brownies?

We recommend if you keep the brownies on the counter to keep them in the package for up to a week then either freeze them or place in the fridge. In the fridge they should be stored for up to two weeks and in the freezer for up to 4 months.

What if my brownies don't arrive within 2-3 days from shipment date?

We CANNOT Control USPS shipments! We do our best to get the brownies shipped within 7-10 days of the order being placed but once they are shipped we will send the tracking information to your email and we CANNOT control when USPS will deliver your product. Please be aware of that when buying our product.

If we ship your product within the 7-10 days after your order is placed and you receive the brownies Bucholtz Brownies IS NOT INCLINED to give you a refund. Please be aware of this when buying the brownies.
